In this article, we’ll discuss heats mentioned in the Holy Quran. According to Quranic research, Allah has mentioned 13 hearts in the Holy Quran. This means that there are 13 types of people.

Table of Contents

    1. Qalb-e-Salim (Pure Heart)

In the sight of Allah, the first heart is the pure heart. These are the hearts (people) free from disbelief, hypocrisy, and dirt. These people do not spread mental and physical dirt, these people also struggle to keep others safe from psychological and physical ground. Allah likes such types of people.

    (Surat al-Shu'ara, verse 89)

    2. Qalb-e-Munib

The second heart is kind-hearted. These are the people who keep repenting to Allah and are busy obeying Him. Allah also likes the Munib people.

    (Surah Q, verse 33)

    3. Qalb-e-Makhbat (The heart of Love)

The third heart is the heart of Makhbat. These are the people who are bowed down. They are satisfied and calm. I found the humble people in life satisfied and calm. Humility is the only act of worship about which the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Whoever humbles himself for the sake of Allah, Allah will raise him up."

    (Surat al-Hajj, verse 54)

    4. Qalb-e-Wajal

These are the people who are afraid even after doing good deeds that Allah will not accept or not our good deeds. These people are also afraid of Allah's punishment every moment. They know that Allah had punished His prophets for their mistakes, so they despise their great good deeds. Allah also likes these people.

    5.  Qalb-e-Ta’qqi (The Heart of Piety)

These are the people who respect the rituals of Allah. They respect these rites as worship. Even if they are unable to worship under any compulsion, they respect and consider the worshipers - they do not disturb their worship. Allah likes these people too.

    6. Qalb-e-Mahdi

These are the people who are content with Allah's decisions and accept them gladly. Allah also likes these people. Such people are never at a loss in life. Allah brings good out of evil for them. People do evil for them, but Allah creates good from this evil.

    7. Qalb-e-Mutma’een (Satisfied Heart)

These are the people who find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. If you also want to avoid boredom and sadness, then you should start tasbih (to glorify Allah), your heart will be filled with satisfaction and happiness.

    8. Qalb-e-Hay’ee (The heart of alive)

These are the people who listen to the fate of disobedient nations and learn from them. Those who purify their lives from underestimating, lying, spreading evil, polytheism, disbelief and arrogance, promoting evil, etc., Allah loves them too.

    9. Qalb-e-Mareez (Patient Heart)

These are the people who suffer from doubt, hypocrisy, immorality, lust, and greed. They become victims, and they live a miserable life; getting rid of them is the cause of a better life physically.

    10. Qalb Al-Aami

These are the people who do not see and hear. These are insensible people. Allah calls them blind and deaf people and orders the believers to just greet them and move on. If you try explaining them, your blood pressure will increase, so you should follow Allah's advice.

    11. Qalb-al-Ahi

This is the heart that is heedless of the Qur'an and engrossed in the colors of the world. Allah does not like these heedless people; they also become a lesson sign.

    12. Qalb-e-Asamm (Sinful Heart)

These are the people who cover up the truth and hide the testimony. Read history and you will see the destruction of societies and people who hide the testimony and cover up the truth. Allah does not like these people either.

    (Surat al-Baqarah, verse 283)

    13. Qalb-e-Muttaqbar (Haughty Heart)

This is the last type of heart. These people suffer from arrogance and disobedience and also make their religion proud, so they become victims of cruelty and aggression. Pride is the attribute of Allah; Allah does not tolerate this attribute in any human being.

Therefore, whether it is a society, a country, or a people, history is a witness; it becomes a sign of lessons like Pharaoh and Nimrod. No arrogant person in the world has been blessed with honor until now, he is reaching disgrace and humiliation in the end. Allah does not like this heart either.

    (Surat al-Mumin, verse 35)

We must have a heart in our chest that pleases Allah, otherwise, humiliation and destruction will be our destiny.
